Our return policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly.
1. Return window
Returns are accepted within 3–5 days from the delivery date.
2. Eligibility
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Tag/packaging should be intact (if applicable).
- Customized items may not be eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. How to request a return
Use the Returns page to submit your order ID and reason, or contact us on WhatsApp.
4. Refund rules
Refunds (if approved) are processed after inspection and verification. Refund method depends on your payment type.
5. Replacement
If replacement is approved, we will ship the correct size/color (subject to availability).
